The Mary Jagger Hall was buzzing with keen interest in and appreciation for the stunning artwork on display at the 2018 Matric Art Exhibition
The following artists received awards for their work:
– Joelle Joubert was awarded the prestigious Mary Muller Award
– Georgia Edwards was the winner of the Portfolio Award
– Charlotte Louw won the Subject Prize for Art
– Sophia Rabie received special mention for her highly sensitive portfolio
-Ziyaan Zoutenberg’s conceptually sophisticated artworks received special mention.
– India Hardie’s technical excellence also merited special mention.
